چکیده

The light curve of the microlensing event KMT-2021-BLG-0912 exhibits a very short anomaly relative to single-lens single-source form. We investigate for purpose identifying origin anomaly. model under various interpretations. From this, we find four solutions, in which three solutions are found assumption that lens is composed two masses (2L1S models), and other solution source comprised binary-star system (1L2S model). 1L2S ruled out based on contradiction faint companion bigger than its primary, one 2L1S excluded from combination relatively worse fit, blending constraint, lower overall probability, leaving surviving with planet/host mass ratios $q\sim 2.8\times 10^{-5}$ $\sim 1.1\times 10^{-5}$. A subtle central deviation supports possibility tertiary component, either binary host large or small separation second planet lying near Einstein ring, but it difficult claim secure detection due marginal fit improvement, lack consistency among different data sets, difficulty uniquely specifying nature component. With observables event, estimated (6.9~M_\oplus, 0.75~M_\odot)$ according (2.8~M_\oplus, 0.80~M_\odot)$ solution, indicating super Earth around K-type star, regardless solution.

Habitable - zone super - Earth candidate in a six - planet system around the K 2 . 5 V star HD 40307

Context. The K2.5 dwarf HD 40307 has been reported to host three super-Earths. The system lacks massive planets and is therefore a potential candidate for having additional low-mass planetary companions. Aims. We re-derive Doppler measurements from public HARPS spectra of HD 40307 to confirm the significance of the reported signals using independent data analysis methods. We also investigate th...

A Super-earth Transiting a Naked-eye Star

We have detected transits of the innermost planet “e” orbiting 55 Cnc (V = 6.0), based on two weeks of nearly continuous photometric monitoring with the MOST space telescope. The transits occur with the period (0.74 d) and phase that had been predicted by Dawson & Fabrycky, and with the expected duration and depth for the crossing of a Sun-like star by a hot super-Earth. Assuming the star’s mas...

The repeating microlensing event OGLE-2003-BLG-095: A plausible case of microlensing of a binary source

The apparently repeating microlensing event OGLE-2003-BLG-095 is analyzed. Data were obtained from the OGLE Internet archive and exist in the public domain. The source is relatively bright, with an unmagnified (but possibly blended) I-band magnitude of 15.58, and the signal-to-noise ratio of the data is excellent. The light curve shows two distinct, smooth peaks characteristic of a double micro...
